Brewing Your Shaah

Shaah is designed to be brewed slowly and adjusted to your taste.
There’s no “right” way — only what feels good to you.

For 1 cup (250ml)

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of Shaah blend to your cup

  2. Pour over hot water

  3. Sweeten to taste (we recommend starting light)

  4. Steep for 3–5 minutes

  5. Strain, add milk or creamer if desired, and enjoy

For a 1 litre thermos

  1. Bring 1 litre of water to a boil

  2. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Shaah blend to the thermos

  3. Sweeten to taste

  4. Pour over boiling water

  5. Steep for 30–40 minutes

  6. Strain and serve

Steep longer for a stronger flavour or less time for a lighter taste — customise it to your liking.
